Responsibilities:
-Protection of company assets and administration of corporate policies.
-Leading retail sales and service teams to peak performance by way of coaching and development.
-Ensure location goals are achieved to ensure profitability.
-Hire, train, motivate, evaluate and coach to ensure all employees are equipped to deliver the highest level of guest service in the industry.
-Educate team members on company promotions and events through monthly staff meetings, one on one meetings and daily team huddles.
